ATMOSPHERE was presented at the 10th Iberian Grid Conference (IBERGRID 2019) on the week of September 23rd 2019, in Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Organised by the Spanish and Portuguese national e-infrastructures, had as main topics "Delivering Innovative Computing and Data services to Researchers" and "Fostering the development, integration and adoption of services for researchers in the framework of the European Open Science Cloud".

ATMOSPHERE project presented an abstract that compares application for the automatic diagnosis of Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) from echocardio videos on children, implemented using Keras with an equivalent application deployed using a machine learning workflow system (LEMONADE - an ATMOSPHERE service).

The abstract, entitled "Machine Learning Pipelines on Medical Imaging", demonstrates the implementation in Keras, that uses the pre-trained models for the classification of the views within the estimation of the RHD. All the components are delivered as containers, facilitating their distribution and the integration of new components in LEMONADE.  More info available on the full abstract.
